In This Issue…

We want to take a moment and discuss a question we get a lot.  And that is, “At what age should I turn on Social Security income?”

You become “fully” eligible for social security benefits when you reach your Full Retirement Age (between 65-67).

However, there is an option to start withdrawing at age 62, this is referred to as an “early” retirement eligibility.  Likewise, you can also delay withdrawing social security benefits until later in life and it may make sense financially to do so.
